SPLIT

Hey friends and fam! This has been a pretty fun week! A lot has happened over the past week! 


To kick off me and Elder Williams got split! We covered an area in spokane that had a lot of work to do! We had a dozen people preparing for Baptism and we weren't able to help them all as much as we wanted to president split our area and gave us 2 new companions! 


After we split area I got to hang out with 2 other missionaries for a couple of days because I was getting a new missionary and he was still in Provo UT when we split the area! It was fun, I learned a lot of cool ways to love and serve the people of Spokane because those 2 Elders were in the YSA (Young Sing Adults) it was kind of different from talking with the homeless and elderly like I usually am. 


After a long wait, I finally got my New companion! Elder Montgomery! He is an absolute champion! He is from AZ and it was freezing when he got here I made him run around with me in the cold and he got pretty dang sick right out the start! But we have been doing some good work on tech!


They decided to take our car and give us a bus pass, so that's been way fun! We ran into so awesome people waiting at bus stops! 


I have learned a pretty cool lesson this week as I got to be around so many different people and have been placed in so many different environments! I've learned that the Lord is going to place us in different situations and that sometimes to succeed we need to do things differently. So my invite is to think about the changes that are going to be taking place in your life and prepare for things to get out of routine and make sure you have the spirit as your top priority to help you as things change!

Nothing Smells Better Than Cogerets In The Chapel.

Run down. (Exchange)  - Went on a sweet exchange with Elder Parker! He is serving in the YSA so we got to hang around people our age all day! That was awesome! We even got to walk around on the LC campus. It made me feel like I was back at college! That was really fun! We talked to like 500 people and taught a bunch of lessons. It was awesome!  (Bob)  - We where walking and Elder Cleverly was looking at a house so I told him he better not ignore the spirit and knock the door. He knocked the door and a man named Bob opened. The first words out of my mouth was "you gonna let us in so we can share truth with you?" LOL then he let us in. We taught Bob about how family's can be together forever. That led to us inviting Bob to be baptized and he is 100% down to be baptized!  (Dane) - We where walking and saw our friend Dane. He was struggling so we taught.
