Thank You For Your Service!

Our Dearest Elder Joshua Michael Sandberg,

On behalf of the Washington Spokane Mission, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we thank you for your consecrated service to our Father in Heaven and His Son, Jesus Christ. You have been a faithful witness of Jesus Christ.  You have not only spread the “glad tidings” of the Savior and His Atonement, but you have also brightened the lives and lightened the load of many of God's children through your Christ-like service. Your wonderful spirit has blessed many members and Friends of the Church. You have also blessed your family in miraculous ways because of your willingness to serve the Lord.

You have left your mark and a legacy on this mission. We are confident that as you continue to give lifelong service to the Lord you will be a wonderful asset in the Lord's vineyard wherever you serve. We can promise you that if you continue those righteous habits you've learned, the Lord will bless you throughout your life. As you remain faithful, you will find peace and comfort always in your life.

Continue to live the Doctrine of Christ through faith, daily, detailed repentance, worthily partaking of the sacrament, keeping the commandments to always have the spirit to be with you, and endure life's challenges. Additionally, take time each day for personal scripture study and daily prayers.  Attend your church meetings and make time to attend the temple often. This will keep you centered on our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

You have learned the importance of time management, goal setting, being obedient, working hard, and listening and following the promptings of the Holy Ghost. Do your best each day and have confidence that the Lord will ALWAYS make up the difference to further His work. As you continue to consistently live these patterns of discipleship, you will be able to face life's wonderful and sometimes difficult experiences.

Last and most of all, continue to open your mouth and share the gospel with others. Your greatest joy will come from bringing souls to Christ. You’ve seen what the gospel can do for others.  Never forget that people will always need your message about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. You can continue to change people’s lives!

We wish you the best and a blessed reunion on your return home. We will be praying for you always.  Please join our Washington Spokane Mission – President & Sister LeBaron 2021- 2024. Facebook Group so we can stay connected for life.  We love you more than words can express!!

Much love,
